We will be paddling down the Lane Cove River from Wirong Flat (http://www.waterwaysguide.org.au/accesspoint-detail/9357) on a falling tide and return with the rising tide. There will be a number of stops along the way and we will have a lunch break and exploratory walk on Cockatoo Island to see some of the art pieces at the  Biennale of Sydney. 

24 km total distance. 

This trip is suitable for all paddlers.
