Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting
The 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Club is to take place on Saturday 23nd of June 2018 at Yarra Bay Sailing Club, 67-69, Yarra Rd, Phillip Bay NSW 2036. Please arrive by 5 pm, have a drink and a chat and order your dinner and be ready for the AGM to start promptly at 6 pm.
Please register your attendance (from the club event list or the "Register now" button on the bottom of this page).
At the AGM, the Committee will report on the year's activities and the committee for the subsequent year will be elected.
If you wish to nominate for a committee position your nomination needs to be received by the President by email via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or in writing seven days before the meeting. If you have any agenda items, please send them through to the President.

Yarra Bay and the nearby area provide excellent launching points for some exciting trips. Keep your eye on the trips calendar.
Dinner ordered before the AGM will be served at the end of formal proceedings - about 7:30. After eating there will be two presentations.
- Nick will deliver a presentation titled "Tassie 2018 The Hunter Group and Beyond". Come find out what really happened!
- Kevin will deliver a presentation titled "How a novice paddler crossed Bass Strait safely". I'm sure we'll all learn a lot from that.
